The Explorer 1500 Ultra is engineered to withstand demanding conditions. With an IP65-rated dustproof and water-resistant enclosure, Level 9 seismic shock resistance, and 1-meter drop resistance, it is built to perform reliably in challenging environments.
An industry-leading titanium-alloy cooling structure and patented bottom-drainage design further enhance durability and thermal management. From dusty construction sites to heavy rain, the rugged enclosure helps keep your power system protected and operational.
Extreme Power for Demanding Applications
Featuring a 1,536Wh LiFePO₄ battery and 1,800W continuous AC output, the Explorer 1500 Ultra delivers dependable power for demanding equipment, DIY tools, heavy-duty pumps, and up to 98% of household appliances.
It can also deliver up to 3,600W of peak output for 5 seconds, providing substantially longer high-power support than typical systems. Additionally, it can sustain a 2,000W peak load for up to 15 minutes, giving you the extra power needed to start and operate demanding equipment.
Over a Decade of Reliable Performance
Built with high-stability LiFePO₄ battery cells, the Explorer 1500 Ultra is rated for 4,000+ charge cycles to 70% capacity, providing an expected service life of 10+ years under appropriate usage conditions.
Your investment is backed by a 5-year warranty, including the standard 3-year warranty plus a 2-year extension.
Ultra-Fast Multi-Source Charging
Spend less time waiting and more time using your power. ChargeShield 2.0 technology enables a full AC recharge in approximately 1.5 hours.
For off-grid applications, the Explorer 1500 Ultra supports up to 800W of solar input, reaching a full charge in approximately 2.5 hours under optimal conditions. Vehicle alternator charging provides another convenient option, with a recharge time of approximately 3 hours.
Premium Design Meets Rugged Construction
The Explorer 1500 Ultra combines high-performance engineering with a sophisticated, motorsport-inspired design. Its sculpted profile, multi-faceted beveled corners, and reinforced construction provide additional impact protection while maintaining a premium appearance.
Additional design features include:
- PMMA + PC protective display screen
- Anti-slip laser-etched top surface
- Removable metal base for easier cleaning
- Silicone impact buffers
- Rugged construction for demanding environments
- Approximately 50% smaller and 53% lighter than comparable competing models
