FAQs
- Is self-installation recommended for my fireplace? We recommend professional installation for our units. Warranty does not cover issues from improper installation.
- Does the fireplace function during a power outage? Many of our appliances can operate in a power outage. Check with your local dealer for specific models.
- What is the difference between millivolt and electronic ignition fireplaces? Millivolt fireplaces use power from a standing pilot, while electronic ignition requires a power source.
- Are Wi-Fi thermostats compatible with my unit? Most of our appliances operate on millivolt or low-voltage systems, so standard Wi-Fi thermostats are typically not compatible.
- Where can I find my model and serial number? The rating plate with model and serial number is attached to the valve of your appliance.
- Can I determine the age of my unit? The first two digits of the serial number indicate the year of manufacture while the next two indicate the week.
