Fireplaces are designed for installation within a framed opening with specific clearance requirements for combustibles. Fireboxes are similar but require a burner and logs to complete the unit. Inserts are intended for fitting into existing wood-burning fireplaces that meet construction standards.

Your unit's age can be determined by locating the rating plate; the first two digits of the serial number indicate the year of manufacture, while the next two digits represent the week of that year in which the unit was built.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
