We strongly recommend having a certified professional install our units to ensure proper setup and coverage under warranty.
Does our product work during a power outage
Yes, most of our appliances can be used during a power outage. Please consult your local dealer for more information.
What is the difference between Millivolt and electronic ignition fireplaces
Millivolt fireplaces use electricity created by a standing pilot, while electronic ignition fireplaces require a powered source such as household or battery voltage.
Can I use a Wi-Fi thermostat with my unit
Our units operate on millivolts or low voltage which are not compatible with most Wi-Fi thermostats that operate on 24 volts.
Where can I find my model and serial number
The model and serial number can be located on the rating plate attached to the valve of your appliance.
What is the difference between a fireplace, a firebox, and an insert
Fireplaces are designed to be installed into framed openings with specific clearances. Fireboxes are similar but include a burner and logs. Inserts are for installation into existing wood-burning fireplaces meeting construction standards.
Can you tell me how old my unit is
The age of your unit can be determined by the serial number on the rating plate, where the first two digits indicate the year of manufacture.
