Can you tell me how old my unit is
The age of your unit can be determined by the serial number on the rating plate. The first two digits indicate the year of manufacture, and the next two denote the specific week of that year when it was built.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
