Our units are designed to operate using millivolts or low voltage. Most Wi-Fi thermostats use 24 volts, making them incompatible.

What is the difference between a fireplace, a firebox and an insert
Fireplaces are designed to be installed in a framed opening with specific combustible clearances. Fireboxes are similar but require a burner and a log set to complete the unit. Inserts are made for installation into existing wood-burning fireplaces that meet construction standards.
How can I determine the age of my unit
The rating plate will show the serial number, where the first two digits indicate the year of manufacture, followed by two digits for the week of that year.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
