Fireplaces are intended for installation in framed openings with specific clearance requirements. Fireboxes function similarly but require a burner and logs. Inserts fit into existing wood-burning fireplaces that comply with construction standards.
Can you tell me how old my unit is
The serial number on your rating plate can help determine the age of your unit. The first two digits indicate the year of manufacture and the subsequent two digits represent the week of that year.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
