Fireplaces are built into framed openings with specific clearance standards. Fireboxes are similar but require a burner and logs for completion. Inserts are designed for installation within existing wood-burning fireplaces that meet construction standards.
Can you tell me how old my unit is
The model can be identified by the serial number on the rating plate. The first two digits indicate the year of manufacture, and the following two digits indicate the week of the year it was built.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
