Millivolt fireplaces utilize the electricity from a standing pilot to operate, while electronic ignition fireplaces require a power source, which may be house voltage or battery voltage.

Our units operate on millivolt or low voltage, making them incompatible with most Wi-Fi thermostats that use 24 volts.
Where can I find my model and serial number
The rating plate attached to your appliance’s valve contains model and serial number information.
What is the difference between a fireplace, a firebox, and an insert
Fireplaces are designed for installation in framed openings with specific clearance requirements. Fireboxes are similar but require a burner and logs. Inserts fit into existing wood-burning fireplaces that meet construction standards.
How can I determine the age of my unit
The serial number on the rating plate will indicate the manufacture year (the first two digits) and the week of the year (the following two digits) it was built.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
