What is the difference between a fireplace, a firebox, and an insert
Fireplaces are installed into a framed opening with specific clearances, fireboxes also require a burner and logs, while inserts are designed for existing wood-burning fireplaces that meet construction standards.
Can you tell me how old my unit is
The first two digits of the serial number indicate the year of manufacture, while the following two digits specify the week it was built.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
