The Elite Radiant Vented Burners provide stronger heat output and fuller flame presentation. Their integrated radiant fiber heat sink allows the burner to produce tall, lively flames without requiring sand or vermiculite, while also using less fuel than standard vented burners.

10-year limited warranty on the combustion chamber and a limited lifetime warranty on the glass. All other parts carry a three-year limited warranty. Remote controls and lighting systems include a one-year limited warranty.

What is the difference between Millivolt and Electronic Ignition?
Millivolt fireplaces operate using electricity generated by the standing pilot light. Electronic ignition fireplaces require an external power source (house voltage or battery).
Can I use a Wi-Fi thermostat with this unit?
No. These units operate on millivolt or low-voltage systems. Most Wi-Fi thermostats use 24 volts and are not compatible.
Where can I find my model and serial number?
A rating plate attached to the appliance’s valve assembly contains the model and serial number.
What is the difference between a fireplace, firebox, and insert?
Fireplaces are installed into a framed opening with specific clearance requirements. Fireboxes install similarly but require an additional burner and log set. Inserts are designed to fit into an existing wood-burning fireplace.
How can I determine the age of my unit?
The first two digits of the serial number indicate the year of manufacture. The next two digits indicate the week of that year.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
