What is the difference between Millivolt and electronic ignition fireplaces
Millivolt fireplaces operate using electricity generated by a standing pilot, while electronic ignition fireplaces require a power source, either house voltage or battery voltage.

Our units operate on millivolt or low voltage. Most Wi-Fi thermostats use 24 volts and are not compatible.
Where can I find my model and serial number
The rating plate attached to the valve of your appliance contains model and serial number information.
What is the difference between a fireplace, firebox, and insert
Fireplaces are installed in a framed opening with specific clearances. Fireboxes require a burner and logs for operation, while inserts fit into existing wood burning fireplaces that meet construction standards.
How can I determine the age of my unit
The first two digits of the serial number on the rating plate indicate the manufacturing year. The following two digits show the week of that year when the unit was built.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
