What is the difference between a fireplace, a firebox, and an insert
Fireplaces are designed for installation into framed openings with specific clearance requirements. Fireboxes are similar but require a burner and log set. Inserts are meant to be placed into existing wood-burning fireplaces that meet construction standards.

The first two digits of the serial number indicate the year of manufacture, while the following two digits represent the week of that year that the unit was built.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
