The rating plate attached to your appliance's valve contains the model and serial number information.
What is the difference between a fireplace, a firebox, and an insert
Fireplaces are built to fit into a framed opening with designated clearances to combustibles. Fireboxes are similar but require a burner and logs to complete the unit. Inserts are designed to fit into existing wood-burning fireplaces that meet construction standards.
Can you tell me how old my unit is
Locate your rating plate; the serial number will indicate the age. The first two digits represent the year of manufacture, and the following two digits indicate the week of that year when the unit was built.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
